What makes your wax different from other candles?+
Our proprietary blend is coconut-apricot soy wax with beeswax — the same clean-burning formula luxury spas use but charge 3× more for. Zero paraffin, zero synthetic fillers, zero petroleum. It produces a room-filling scent throw from the first light. In our custom designer you can also choose pure soy, beeswax, or coconut wax.
How long do Cyn candles burn?+
Burn times vary by size: 5oz (20-25 hrs), 8oz (35-40 hrs), 12oz (55-65 hrs), and 16oz (75-85 hrs). Wood wicks may have slightly different burn times due to their crackling nature. That's anywhere from 20 to 85+ hours of scent-anchored moments.
Are the crystals real?+
Every crystal is genuine and ethically sourced — rose quartz, amethyst, black tourmaline, citrine, and more. Each stone is hand-selected to complement your candle's scent profile and energetic intention. They're not decorative — they're functional elements of the ritual.
Can I really design my own candle?+
Yes — our 3D Candle Designer lets you choose vessel, wax type, wick, size, scent blend, crystals, botanicals, and label. Rotate it in real-time 3D before you buy. Your scent memory is as unique as a fingerprint — so your candle should be too.
Do you offer refills?+
Yes. Send back your empty vessel and we'll refill it at a 20% discount, or purchase a refill kit to pour at home. The vessel is forever — the scent renews the ritual.
What is the Moon Box subscription?+
The Moon Box is a monthly subscription delivering candles matched to lunar phases. Each box includes candles, crystals, ritual guides, and affirmation cards. Choose from 3 tiers: New Moon ($42/mo), Full Moon ($78/mo), or Lunar Goddess ($115/mo). Subscribers get first access to limited releases — and some scents are never sold individually.
Why are batches limited?+
Every candle is hand-poured, not mass-produced. We mix each scent blend by hand in small batches to preserve oil potency and crystal integrity. When a batch sells out, that exact formulation is gone forever. We'd rather make fewer perfect candles than flood the market with mediocre ones.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is free on orders over $75. Express (2-3 days) is $9.95 and overnight is $19.95. Custom candles require 3-5 additional business days for creation — because handcrafted means handcrafted.
What's your return policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened candles. Custom candles are non-refundable because they're made specifically for you. Free return shipping for any defective items — always.
