What wax do you use?+
Our signature blend is a coconut-apricot soy wax. It's clean-burning, sustainable, and produces an excellent scent throw. We also offer pure soy, beeswax, and coconut wax options in our custom designer.
How long do Cyn candles burn?+
Burn times vary by size: 5oz (20-25 hrs), 8oz (35-40 hrs), 12oz (55-65 hrs), and 16oz (75-85 hrs). Wood wicks may have slightly different burn times due to their crackling nature.
Are the crystals real?+
Yes! All crystals in our candles are genuine, ethically sourced gemstones. We use rose quartz, amethyst, black tourmaline, and more. Each crystal is chosen for its healing properties to complement your candle's intention.
Do you offer refills?+
Yes! We encourage vessel reuse. Send back your empty vessel and we'll refill it at a 20% discount. Or purchase a refill kit to pour at home. Sustainability is at our core.
What is the Moon Box subscription?+
The Moon Box is a monthly subscription delivering candles timed to lunar phases. Each box includes candles, crystals, ritual guides, and affirmation cards aligned with the upcoming moon cycle. Choose from 3 tiers: New Moon ($42/mo), Full Moon ($78/mo), or Lunar Goddess ($115/mo).
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened candles. Custom candles are non-refundable. We offer free return shipping for defective items. See our full return policy for details.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is free on orders over $75. Express (2-3 days) is $9.95 and overnight is $19.95. Custom candles require 3-5 additional business days for creation.
